N1Hawk Privacy Policy
How Vertali Group collects, uses, and safeguards personal information across every N1Hawk service and integration.
1. Data Controller and Contact Information
Vertali Group currently serves as the data controller for personal information collected through the Services. Vertali will maintain that role until N1Hawk, LLC is incorporated, executes a written data governance assumption agreement, and demonstrates implementation of equivalent or stronger security controls. On that effective date, N1Hawk, LLC will become the primary data controller for new processing activities while Vertali continues to manage historical records generated before the transition.
During the changeover, Vertali and N1Hawk, LLC will use encrypted transfer channels, updated access logs, and joint access reviews to ensure personal information is migrated securely. Vertali will retain responsibility for safeguarding any data that remains on legacy infrastructure and for remediating incidents tied to pre-transition processing. N1Hawk, LLC will assume obligations for ongoing user support, incident response, and regulatory reporting once it becomes active.
Questions about this Privacy Policy, requests to exercise data subject rights, or concerns about our data practices should continue to be directed to Vertali until we announce the successor contact points listed below. Replacement contact information will include the N1Hawk, LLC privacy office address, a dedicated compliance email domain, and updated telephone routing for privacy escalations. We will communicate those details through official N1Hawk channels at least thirty (30) days before the handoff.
