Project Status Update

Current Merch Development Status

January 21, 2026 Update: We're currently in a holding pattern with the merchandise store while we wait on final design assets from our creative teams. The technical infrastructure is 100% complete and functional—you can see the working store at https://dev.n1hawk.com/merch/.

Our designers and illustrators are currently finishing up paid client work, which means the final merch designs, product photography, and branded assets have been temporarily delayed. This is the nature of running a creative agency—paid client commitments must take priority, even for our own projects.

What's completed: The entire e-commerce backend, shopping cart, checkout process, order management, and admin dashboard are all fully functional and production-ready.

What we're waiting on: Final product designs, photography, branded graphics, and packaging materials from our design team. Once these assets are delivered, we can integrate them immediately and launch the store.

We understand this dependency creates a bottleneck, but we're working within the same constraints as many of our clients—balancing multiple projects and prioritizing revenue-generating work. The merch store will launch as soon as our design team completes the final assets.

Recent Site Improvements

While waiting on design assets, we've continued to improve the site infrastructure and user experience:

• Fixed product card layouts: Resolved oversized container issues and improved merch display sizing
• Updated stats sync: Fixed automatic follower and subscriber count synchronization from Twitch API
• Improved banner styling: Updated confidential notice to match site design
• Enhanced user experience: Streamlined navigation and improved visual consistency

What's Next

Our immediate focus is on getting the final design assets from our creative team. Once we have those, we'll:

• Integrate final product designs and photography
• Launch the merchandise store with real products
• Re-enable user authentication and login functionality
• Complete any remaining site features and optimizations

Development Reality

Vertali Cloudworks operates as a client services business, which means our development schedule is primarily driven by paid client commitments. While we're committed to completing the N1HAWK website, revenue-generating work must take priority to keep our business sustainable.

We continue to make progress on the site whenever we have available development time between client projects. The foundation is solid, the code is production-ready, and we're just waiting on the final creative assets to complete the merch store launch.
